Description
These raw beef heart chunks for dogs come in a 1kg pack from Durham Animal Feeds (DAF), one of the raw brands we’re proud to stock. Heart is technically a muscle meat rather than an organ, and it’s a favourite among raw feeders looking to add variety and natural nutrition to their dog’s bowl. Whatever feeding style you follow, we’re always happy to help you work out where something like this fits in.
- Made from beef heart, cut into chunks for easy portioning
- A muscle meat that’s commonly included in balanced raw diets by experienced raw feeders
- Beef heart is naturally rich in taurine, something many raw feeders like to include as part of a varied diet
- Simple to portion out and freeze in the quantities that suit your dog and your freezer space
- A good addition if you’re looking to add more variety to an existing raw diet, alongside our other DAF cuts
- Sourced as part of the wider DAF raw range we stock in store and online
As with all raw food, keep these frozen until you’re ready to use them, thaw thoroughly before feeding, and handle them with the same care you’d use for raw meat in your own kitchen. This product is intended for dogs only. If you’re new to raw feeding and not sure how organ and muscle meats like heart fit into a balanced bowl, pop into the shop or drop us a message, we’re always happy to talk it through without any pressure either way. These raw beef heart chunks for dogs are just one part of our wider raw food range, so if you’d like to see our other DAF cuts and full raw selection, see our full raw food range: https://www.btbdogsupplies.co.uk/store/ for everything we stock. Whether you’re an experienced raw feeder or just curious about adding a bit more variety, this is a straightforward, honest product with nothing complicated about it.
