Delivery to your door for all your dog food requirements.
We are very proud to be able to offer delivery service of all our products including raw dog food, large bags of dry food and more; around Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.
Our delivery schedule is fulfilled every week.
As of November 2025 we have implemented some changes in for our delivery services.
This means that all orders need to be placed by Monday each week. We will then route the deliveries out for delivery either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday depending on the amount of orders in each area. Any deliveries placed after this cut off period will be rolled over to the following week.
We will inform you when the delivery will be arriving with our usual automated delivery ETA emails.
Please ensure to have noreply@woodelivery.net added to your safe sender list as this is where all our communication will come from.
You will receive 2 emails, first one when the delivery is assigned ready for being routed and then the second one with a delivery time and date.
We deliver to the following areas/postcodes weekly
Malvern, Worcester, St Peters, Kempsey, Upton upon Severn, Tewkesbury, Bredon, Bishops Cleeve and Cheltenham,
(Weekly Postcodes – WR1, WR2, WR3,WR4, WR5, WR8, WR13, WR14, GL20, GL55 and GL56)
We have had to alter the below areas to a fortnightly area
Pershore, Evesham, Shipston Upon Stour Long Marston, Honeybourne, Alcester, Meon Vale and Stratford Upon Avon
(WR7, WR10, WR11, WR12, CV37, B50, B49)
Dates as follows for Evesham and surrounding areas.

Delivery Costs
We keep our delivery costs as low as possible for our customers. We pride in delivering to our local areas via our own van, with our own staff.
The delivery costs for our regular areas are
Under £24.99 – £4.99
£25.00 – £49.99 – £3.95
£50.00 – £74.99 – £2.99
£75.00 – Free Delivery
Please note there are some areas, of which we visit less, but still require us to provide a service too, which may have a set delivery amount.
All delivery costs relevant to your postcode will be displayed during checkout, once you have selected your required products.
Coolbags
Since early 2022 we have been delivering all dog raw food in cool bags. We made this change to help us reduce the use of one use plastic and polystyrene, but also keeping your orders nice and frozen.
This does mean that raw deliveries will incur a one off deposit fee for a cool bag. This can be added via the coolbag product page or during checkout. Whilst we understand it is an additional cost to the first delivery, we also know we help to save alot of money instead of paying £9+ per delivery for online courier fees.
If the bag is not added during checkout will contact you to add this to your order (if delivery is required).
Not going to be home for delivery?
No worries, our delivery driver will be able to leave the item in a safe place for you. As we deliver in coolbags, there are no worries of your order defrosting (if frozen). If there is somewhere specific you would like the delivery to be left then please let us know in the notes, so we can add this information for the driver.
The delivery schedule may change, however customers who have placed orders which have not been delivered yet, will be notified prior to the change.
